PORTUGUESE COURSE FEES AND DATES 2005
A)
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS / PRIVATE GROUPS:

2) Basic Immersion Package Includes: 30 lessons x 45 minutes per week (6 per day), one evening activity per week (all costs included) unlimited access to nearby health Club + airport transfer: ……€988 per week For each additional person in the same class an extra €86 is charged.
3) Immersion Plus Package Includes: 40 lessons x 45 minutes per week (8 per day), one evening activity per week (all costs included), unlimited access to nearby health Club + airport transfer ….€1236 per week For each additional person in the same class an extra €106 is charged.
4) Super Immersion Package Includes: 40 lessons x 45 minutes per week (8 per day), lunch with trainer every day (all costs included), a full day excursion on Saturday including lunch in a regional restaurant (all costs included), one evening activity per week (all costs included), unlimited access to nearby health Club + airport transfer ………………………………………………………€1800 per week For each additional person in the same class an extra €250 is charged.

C) GROUP LESSONS

D) GROUP LESSONS
1) 90 minute lessons x 2 per week · Days: Mondays / Wednesdays or Tuesdays / Thursdays · Timetable: Lessons start at: 11.00 / 14.00 / 18.30 / 20.00 · Minimum duration. 1 month · Maximum number of students: 8 · Levels: Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced · Price: €95 per calendar month.
2) 120 minute lessons x 1 per week · Days: Fridays or Saturdays

REGISTRATION / STUDY MATERIAL There is a registration fee of €30 per person for all courses given above. This includes all necessary study material for the lessons. Extra material (dictionaries, grammar books, verb books, exercise book + CD) may be purchased separately at the school.
EXTRA OPTIONS
ACCOMMODATION
*prices subject to confirmation 1) Deposit and Payment A deposit of 15% of your course (minimum €150) must be paid to secure your enrolment. The balance must be paid in full no later than 3 weeks before the course commences.
Payment may be made
either 2) Confirmation: Courses will only be confirmed after we have received payment, or proof of payment.
3) Cancellation: A cancellation fee will be charged according to the following scale: · up to 21 days before the course begins - lose deposit · 21 days to 15 days - 33% of course fees · 14 days to 7 days – 66% of course fees · 7 days to 3 days - 75% of course fees · 2 days or less - 100%. of course fees No refunds will be made after the course has started.
4) Insurance: No insurance coverage is provided by the school or host families. Adequate coverage must be arranged by the participants themselves. Students are recommended to take out a private insurance policy in their home country for the duration of their stay in Porto.
5) Material: All necessary material is included in the enrolment fee. Any other material (grammar books, dictionaries etc) may be purchased separately.
6) Holidays: The school is closed for the week between Christmas and New Year as well as on local and national holidays. (01.01 / 07.02 / 08.02 / 25.03 / 25.04 / 01.05 / 26.05 / 10.06 / 24.06 / 15.08 / 05.10 / 01.11 / 01.12 / 08.12 / 25.12) Lessons missed on these days will be recuperated on intensive courses but not on standard courses. For standard courses there are, additionally, no lessons during the following academic holiday periods: 20.03.2005 – 03.04.2005 ; 17.12.– 06.01. Lessons missed during these periods are not recuperated on standard courses.
7) Lesson Duration If there are fewer than three students on a group course the lesson duration is reduced according to the following scale: · Intensive Group Course: 2 participants: 2.5 hours per day, 1 participant: 2 hours per day. · Standard Group Courses: 120 minute lessons = 70 minutes; 90 minute lessons = 45 minutes.
8) Complaints of any kind must be addressed to inlingua Porto directly and immediately. No consideration can be given to complaints received after the course has ended.
